Irrfan Khan opts out of 'Welcome To Karachi'

Just five days back, the mahurat of film 'Welcome 2 Karachi' took place in Mumbai amidst in the presence of renowned personalities like David Dhawan and Rohit Shetty. The mahurat ceremony went pretty well, but the film has met the ill-fate after the lead star Irrfan Khan opted out of the film at the last moment.

As per the reports, today Irrfan was supposed to board the flight to London, where the entire cast and crew was waiting for him to begin the shoot. But at the last moment Irrfan called film's producer Vashu Bhagnani and said that he can start the shoot from next month onwards as now he is facing a date problems.

This incident has left the producer in shock as the entire cast and crew is stranded in the foreign country because of Irrfan. Now the team has no other choice than coming back to India as it is almost impossible to get any other actor on such a short notice.
