    The young Bollywood star Varun Dhawan was affected emotionally after portraying an intense role in his last release ' Badlapur '. The film affected the actor so much that he had to visit a psychologist for assistance to get out the character that influenced him to a great extent. But what came to his rescue was a bodybuilding outlet.

    For his upcoming film ABCD - Any Body Can Dance 2 , the director Remo D'Souza had asked him to acquire a ripped dancer like physique. The young star also enjoyed the workout sessions and it also aided him develop a ripped physique. The exercise sessions helped Varun stay mentally relaxed and get rid of negative thoughts. Varun recently stated in a media interaction that he is immensely happy with his physique and also as actor Hrithik Roshan praised him for his well built body.
