Gold is directed by Reema Kagti, it said to be a fictional take on series of events happened during 1948 Olympics. It revolves around the theme of India winning its 1st Gold medal in hockey as a free nation in 1948 Olympics.

Since Gold gets a release date, 2.0 ’s release has been secured and confirmed. The film which is a super high on budget Sci-Fi is made on a large scale and will be promoted to a global audience. It also stars Amy Jackson as the female lead. It features Rajinikanth as the most loved robot while Akshay essays a deadly Villain. The initial bits of the movie are interesting and intriguing.
