After making his debut in the Hindi film industry with Ram Gopal Varma 's film ' Company ' and receiving Filmfare Awards for Best Debut as well as Best Supporting Actor for the movie, actor Vivek Oberoi later starred in the action films, ' Road ' and ' Dum '. He has played different roles till date.

Vivek has spent almost a decade in the film industry. Till date he has done movies of different genres that include romance, action as well as comedy. Some of his notable films include ' Company ', ' Saathiya ', ' Road ', ' Yuva ', ' Omkara ', ' Shootout At Lokhandwala ', etc.

At the age of 28, the actor was awarded the Red and White Bravery Award in 2006 for helping re-build a village that was hit severely by the Tsunami.

Although Vivek started his career on a great note, the infamous press conference almost ruined what he should have a bright career in the film industry. But in an interview, he has said that he has no regrets. In his own words, ''No I don't have any regrets. I am happy in my space. My wife Priyanka thinks I am the best thing.''

In his upcoming film ' Jayanta Bhai Ki Luv Story ', Vivek will once again be playing a gangster but this time his character will be quite different from his previous gangster's role. The film is a romantic-comedy in which ' Crook ' fame Neha Sharma is playing Vivek's love-interest.

Apart from ' Jayanta Bhai Ki Luv Story ', Vivek is busy with other good projects. He is presently working on movies like ' Zila Ghaziabad ', ' Kismet Love Paisa Dilli ', ' Sher ', ' Krrish 3 ' and 'Amma 3D'.

The actor was quoted saying, ''I am really excited. Besides Jayanta Bhai Ki Luv Story , I am currently working on films like Kismet Love Paisa Dilli , Sher , Zila Ghaziabad , Krrish 3 , AMMA 3D and yet another film with Tips which will be announced soon. I am happy to be busy.''
