Bollywood is out to explore Hollywood\'s heights. With \'Humshakals\' being the first Indian film to shoot at M16 building, mostly seen in several James Bond series as the famous fictional spy\'s headquarters.
The peculiar M16 building is located beside the Thames river and is the headquarter of the British Secret Intelligence Service. This location has only been used in Bond films. When director Sajid Khan managed to get the permission to shoot a sequence there, he was quite excited, as per the sources.
\'Humshakals\' lead actor Saif Ali Khan happens to be the huge James Bond fan, that he had attempted the same cult in B-Town with \'Agent Vinod\'(2010). And when he learned about the news of the film\'s sequence being shot at the M16 building, his happiness knew no bounds.
On the commenced date of shoot, one obstacle occurred when the film\'s cast and crew had to climb 14 floors as the lift was out of work that day. Still, the team went on to it and thoroughly enjoyed their shoot.
Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, \'Humshakals\' also stars Riteish Deshmukh, Ram Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Esha Gupta and Tamannaah Bhatia in lead.
