Actor Hrithik Roshan has collaborated with Mumbai traffic police to initiate a new traffic helpline in the city. This service will prove very beneficial for the citizens as it will provide information on traffic jams, alternate routes, road blocks and diversions. The helpline service was inaugurated by the actor and Commissioner of Police Ahmed Javed on November 10.

This service is made similar to the call centre service where in help will be made available as soon as the citizen calls. According to the reports, the helpline will be handled by around 80 constables. They will guide and render information to the citizens on the best routes to reach their destination.

Hrithik is happy to be part of this collaboration and thanked traffic police for this initiative. The actor took to twitter and wrote:
