Hollywood director to direct Akshay kumar in his next project

It seems actor Akshay Kumar will once again feel the Hollywood air in his next film. A prominent Hollywood action director Greg Powell will be working on Akki\'s upcoming Bollywood project. The movie would be a remake of Tamil blockbuster. Previously, Greg worked on one of the action blockbuster Hollywood movie titled \'Skyfall\'. The director is keeping his eyes on much-awaited movie \'Fast & Furious 6\'.

The Akshay Kumar\'s next venture is a remake of Tamil thriller-flick \'Thuppakki\' and is tentatively titled as \'Pistol\'. The director of the movie would remain the same as its Tamil version, AR Murugadoss, who has also directed Aamir Khan starrer \'Ghajini\' in the year 2008.

Greg is very glad to work in an Indian film once again, as he said. He also praised the professionality of the crew. Greg appreciated Akshay for his desire to keep on learning new things. The director is impressed with the fast rehearsals of Akshay Kumar and is also delighted to see excellent stunt skills of the actor.

It can be seen that \'Thuppakki\' filmmakers don\'t want to lag behind in any kind of efforts that make their movie stand out from the crowd of same-genre flicks in terms of breathtaking and incredible action scenes.
