The gorgeous diva Madhuri Dixit is currently enjoying her second innings in the showbiz. The lady has been there in the Bollywood film industry since decades and ruled the 90s era. Her project Dance with Madhuri became successful and now, the lady has also donned the producer’s hat along with her husband Dr. Shriram Nene. The latest update claims that the lady will soon debut in the Marathi cinema as an actor but it will not be for her home banner.

Talking to a leading daily, Madhuri said, "Marathi cinema is evolving beautifully and it makes me proud to see such incredible stories come alive on screen. I have received many scripts over the years since I was always open to acting in Marathi films. However, no script excited me as much as this one. The moment I heard the story, I knew that I wanted to be a part of it."

The said film is a slice of life drama where Madhuri plays a pivotal character. It is about a woman who is on her path of self-realization. There will be humour and loads of Drama and with Madhuri’s presence, we can expect some cool dance numbers too! According to the reports, the film is directed by Tejas Deoskar. It will go on floors by the end of this year.
