A few weeks ago, the makers of ‘ Kaalakaandi ’ released the teaser and first still of the film. Yesterday, they unveiled the latest poster of the movie. The official trailer of the film, which is slated to release next year, will be out today. ‘ Kaalakaandi ’ is a crime thriller that stars Saif Ali Khan in the lead. Apart from Saif, the film also features, Deepak Dobriyal , Vijay Raaz , Kunal Roy Kapur , Sobhita Dhulipala , Isha Talwar , Akshay Oberoi , Neil Bhoopalam , and Amyra Dastur . Helmed by writer Akshat Verma , the Delhi Belly fame, ‘ Kaalakaandi ’ is a film that narrates three interesting tales. It is being produced by Cinestaan Film Company and Flying Unicorn. Saif’s ‘ Kaalakaandi ’ will not have a traditional theatrical release; it will be streamed on the digital platform, Netflix. Saif also said in a statement: “Kaalakaandi is a film I’m so happy to be a part of. It’s a cross-section of Mumbai with underworld goons, doomed bankers, and idealistic lovers all mixed together in this karmic tale about love, crime and living a lifetime in one night.” After reshuffling the release dates for about 3 times, the film will digitally release in early 2018.
