    Arjun Kapoor released it on social media with the following tweet:

    This film is the adapted version of Chetan Bhagat’s best-selling novel Half Girlfriend. It stars Arjun in the character of Madhav Jha, a rural boy from Bihar and actress Shraddha Kapoor as Riya Somani, a rich and beautiful Delhite.

    Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures , Half Girlfriend is scheduled to release on May 17.
