In 2011 release, Genelia D'Souza essayed John Abraham's wife and as per the buzz, the actress will make a guest appearance in upcoming action drama Force 2 . Her character had a brutal end in the original flick and her appearance in this sequel will take the story forward.

The producer Vipul Shah attested this news update by mentioning "Genelia is a part of the film. She was one of the most loved characters in the first instalment and the romance between John and her was appreciated a lot. So, we wrote something interesting especially for her and her role has been beautifully woven into the script. It's a guest appearance but it is crucial to the plot. She helps John's character and the story to move forward."

Directed by Abhinay Deo, the movie Force 2 also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Tahir Raj Bhasin in lead roles The movie opens on November 18.
