    For Aanand L Rai Simplicity Works The Best!

    Tanu Weds Manu Director Aanad L Rai spoke about his style of filmmaking at length in a recent interaction with the media.

    Aanand L Rai 's latest directorial release ' Tanu Weds Manu Returns ' has turned out to the biggest blockbuster of 2015. Its prequel film was also a hit and was loved by the audiences and critics. In a recent interaction with a leading daily, the grounded director discussed his style of film making at length.

    Aanand stated that simplicity works best and believes that if one is an honest story teller then one need not be smart. He added that a director must be in sync with his audiences and must understand the easiest way of telling a story. He trusts in simplicity and it works best for him. He made films like ' Raanjhanaa ' with the same principle of simplicity.
