    First Look of 'Mardaani' Unleashed!

    Yash Raj Films' next 'Mardaani' has unleashed its first look featuring the lead lady Rani Mukherjee as a fierce police officer.

    From last few days, the gossip lanes were buzzing with the news updates about Rani Mukherjee 's upcoming film ' Mardaani '. Rani will be seen as a fierce police officer for the first time in ' Mardaani '.

    Going by the latest report, Yash Raj Films ' production venture ' Mardaani ' has unveiled its first look and the lead lady Rani Mukherjee is ready to surprise everyone with her brand new avatar. The poster shows Rani standing at a door with a pistol in her hand. She is looking a confident cop dressed in black attire. The poster depicts tagline "Every war is personal". Rani essays the role of Shivani Shivaji Roy, the Mumbai Crime Branch unit's police officer, who has strong anger towards criminals and can do anything to punish the criminals. It is being said that this flick is inspired from a real tale of a female police officer, who tackled multiple cases of child trafficking in Mumbai.

    Directed by Pradeep Sarkar , the film ' Mardaani ' is all set to release on August 22.
