Filmmaker Prakash Jha is known for making hard-hitting social dramas. Currently, he is all set to launch an online comic series with a view to promote his forthcoming film \'Chakravyuh\'.
In the recent past, graphic novels were launched to promote the spy flick \'Agent Vinod\'. This must have encouraged Prakash Jha to go for the online comics launch.
If sources are to be believed then the online comics would be highlighting the socio-political issues of India, which is also the subject matter of Jha\'s film \'Chakravyuh\'.
\'The Soble Encounters\', which is the first episode of the series, will start with a group of youngsters being rounded up from a party by Inspector Soble. Incidentally, there is a lot of resemblance between Inspector Soble and ACP Dhoble in Mumbai, who has recently conducted raids in the city.
\'Chakravyuh\', which delves into the issue of the Naxalite topic of North India features actors such as Manoj Bajpai and Abhay Deol alongwith Arjun Rampal and Esha Gupta. Esha will be seen as a cop in the movie.
