After Milkha Singh and Mary Kom, now it's time for one more biopic to emerge. As per the latest reports, soon there will be pouring season of Cricket on the silver screen. The eminent filmmaker Ekta Kapoor is all set to design a biopic on the very famous personality from the field of Cricket - Mohammad Azharuddin.

As revealed by the close sources, Balaji Productions head honcho Ekta Kapoor along with her team freshly signed a contract with the former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin. Reportedly, Ekta had bought the official rights from Azharuddin and is soon to create a biopic on the controversial life of the cricketer. Lots of meetings and negotiations resulted in the finalization of the deal.

The source also said that the final meeting took place in Mumbai-based five-star hotel. The official announcement of the news is anticipated to come anytime. Later this year will see the film going on the floors.

Though the cast of the film has not yet finalized, Ekta has list of some actors on her mind including Ranbir Kapoor , Saif Ali Khan and Ranveer Singh . Well, we will keep guessing the actresses' names to essay the role of Sangeeta Bijlani and Jwala Gutta!
