Every filmmaker wants to earn good revenue in return of their investment made in the movies. Hence, every precaution is taken to avoid any factor that may go against their project's success. Same is the case with the producer Ekta Kapoor .

Aamir Khan 's ' Talaash ' is set to release on November 30, 2012. It seems as if Ekta did not want any clash with a film of Aamir, therefore, she has decided to postpone the release of her upcoming film ' Shootout At Wadala ' to 2013.

The film ' Shootout At Wadala ', a prequel to Shootout At Lokhandwala , was scheduled to release on December 7 but since ' Talaash ' will either release in November-end or the first week of December, the new release date for ' Shootout At Wadala ' is January 18, 2013.

Ekta's decision is apparently a good one as no sensible person would like to unnecessarily compete with the mammoth star Aamir Khan .
