For her upcoming production venture, Ekta is taking no risks and has changed the name for her upcoming gangster flick ' Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbaai Dobaara! ' for the second time. Previously, the film was named as 'Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbaai Dobaara!', then Ekta changed it to ' Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbaai Dobaara! '. Now she has again changed the name to ' Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbaai Dobaara! '. In the original title, the letter Y has been added along with the exclamation mark. Now, the new trailer will see the title ' Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbaai Dobaara! '.

The film is a sequel to 2010 hit gangster flick ' Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai ' and directed by Milan Luthria . The film features Akshay Kumar , Imran Khan and Sonakshi Sinha as lead actors.
