Karan Johar and Tarun Mansukhani have finally finalized the script for ' Dostana 2 '. The 2008 blockbuster movie presented a hilarious gay act and proved to be a remarkable film. The script has gone through a huge scrutiny and improvisation. Karan was not happy with the second half of the original script for ' Dostana 2 ' which led Tarun to give it a second thought. He revised the script a couple of times. A source confirmed that, neither Karan nor Tarun wanted to take any chance with the sequel of a hit movie as they wanted it to be a success. Thus, it took much time to zero on the script. Although Abhishek Bachchan and John would continue to be the male leads, the leading lady is yet to be decided and it is believed that the official announcement will take at least a month.

Unlike the "butt show" of John Abraham in the last movie, this time there would be the 'dhotis' to cover it up. Both the actors will be flaunting Desi dhotis in the green farms of Punjab.
