New talent in the town Divyendu Sharma who was recently seen tickling ribs of the audience in a comic caper ' Chashme Baddoor ' has impressed everyone out there with his sense of humor and his comic timing. Divyendu made his silver screen debut with the film ' Pyaar Ka Punchnama '. Now, the talented actor will be seen in a serious role for the first time in 'Zaalim Dilli'.

Divyendu has confirmed this news. He said that after making people laugh in the films like ' Chashme Baddoor ' and ' Pyaar Ka Punchnama ' he wanted to try something different, something serious. He felt that his character in 'Zaalim Dilli' will give him a chance to show his serious side as well.Divyendu thinks that this role suited him the best. The shooting for the film 'Zaalim Dilli' was done in Delhi as well as in Dubai.

Divyendu is FTII alumnus and a theatre artist as well. He has won lots of praise for his role in his maiden venture ' Pyaar Ka Punchnama ' where he essayed a role of 'Liquid'.
