Dipannita Sharma to write a movie on fashion industry

Dipannita Sharma, who starred in the movies like 'Jodi Breakers' and 'Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl', is now going to foray into different arena. Reportedly, Dipannita Sharma will now pen down a film revolving around the unobserved side of the glitzy fashion industry.

This film will mark Dipannita's debut as a scriptwriter, although she may not star in it. With this project, Dipannita intends to change the "perception" of people, they look at the fashion industry. Dipannita revealed that "Modelling is what I owe my career to. And I feel the perception and portrayal of the industry of fashion as a whole has many a time been misinterpreted or has been one dimensional in movies,"

Talking about her upcoming venture as a scriptwriter, Dipannita added that "I have always toyed with the idea to write a script on this subject and I may soon be putting this into reality. I have a producer friend of mine, who seeded this thought into my head and I am considering it,"

In the meanwhile, a publishing house approached Dipannita Sharma, as they wanted to publish a book on her life that will talk about her career as a model.
