Everything has an expiry date. And here is end to the partnership between Dinesh Vijan and Saif Ali Khan , as the former walks out of the production house Illuminati Films .

The reason behind their split is since four years, the duo had creative difference and had decided to part their ways just after ' Agent Vinod ' went flat at the box-office. But when their co-production ' Lekar Hum Deewana Dil ' faced the same destiny, they amicably decided to call it off.

In the recent media, Saif confirmed the news saying though it is sad to part ways with a friend more than a partner but still they are happy to be in their own space. As they don't have to share the control, now he is free to produce the films he believes in and Dinesh can go ahead with the subjects he strongly feel about.

Saif and Dinesh met during the filming of Homi Adajania 's ' Being Cyrus ' in 2007 and went up building a production house together. But now after their split Illuminati Films will be only Saif Ali Khan 's company, while Dinesh will head his company Maddock Films .
