    Dilip Kumar To Cancel Birthday Celebrations To Mourn For Thackeray, Chopra.

    Veteran actor Dilip Kumar says that he is not planning to celebrate his 90th birthday, since he has lost two of his very close friends, film maker Yash Chopra and Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray.

    Veteran actor Dilip Kumar says that he is not planning to celebrate his 90th birthday, since he has lost two of his very close friends, film maker Yash Chopra and Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray. His birthday falls on 11th December.

    He quoted on his blog thedilipkumar.mouthdhut.com, "It is appalling how few in the print media take the liberty nowadays to print quotes that spring from the imagination of the scribe. It shocked me and Saira to read newspaper reports with imaginary quotes from Saira about plans to celebrate my birthday"

    Film maker Yash Chopra passed away on Oct 21 due to dengue and the resulting multiple-organ failure. Bal Thackeray breathed his last on Saturday.
