Diana Penty to star in Lucknow Central

Ranjit Tiwari’s upcoming directorial Lucknow Central has been searching for its leading lady and it seems now, the makers have finally made their choice. The actresses like Kriti Sanon and Saiyami Kher were being considered for the role. However, Kriti could not make to it due to date issues. The news report stated that Diana Penty has bagged the lead lady role in Lucknow Central.

This role is of an NGO worker and Diana, who was last seen in the film Happy Bhag Jayegi, will be rendering it. As revealed by a source, “After the makers roped in Saiyami, they felt that she isn’t best suited for the role either. Hence, they replaced her with Diana Penty.” Lucknow Central is a thriller and will be produced by Nikhil Advani
