Actress Diana Penty , who was last seen in Mudassar Aziz’s rom-com, Happy Bhag Jayegi, is all set to play a military woman in her forthcoming film Parmanu. The first look of the actress has just been revealed by the makers, and we all have to admit that she looks very much in sync with her character in the movie.

Produced by KriArj Entertainment in association with JA Entertainment, the film is toplined by John Abraham , who plays an army officer. Talented actor Boman Irani will also be seen in an important role. Based on the series of underground nuclear tests carried out by the Indian government in Pokhran in 1998, the film will be majorly shot in real locations across Delhi, Jaisalmer and Pokhran.

Directed by Abhishek Sharma, Parmanu is set to arrive in cinemas on 8th December and will lock horns with the much-awaited comedy film Fukrey Returns , a sequel to Fukrey . Fukrey Returns has an ensemble star cast of Pulkit Samrat , Ali Fazal , Richa Chadha , Manjot Singh and Varun Sharma .
