    Buzz is that Deepika Padukone will be given Smita Patil Memorial Award very soon. This award is given for excellence in films. This award will be honoured to Deepika for her contribution to the Hindi cinema which will be instituted by Priyadarshni Academy.

    This award will be given to Deepika at the 28th anniversary global awards function of the Priyadarshni Academy which will be held on 18-09-12.

    Deepika Padukone should be happy now because she has also tasted the success of her latest film ' Cocktail ' which has done very good business. After a long time any film of Deepika Padukone has been hit.
