Not long ago, the tinsel town was buzzing with the news that the numero uno queen of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone , was planning to start her own production house. And now, it seems that the right time has come for the gorgeous actress to try her hand at a new arena of filmmaking. Some reports say that Padukone will be donning the producer's hat very soon.

A report published in a daily says that after the huge success of her recently released film Padmaavat , which went on to earn over Rs. 300 crores at the box office, Deepika Padukone has been keeping a low profile. This could well be because she is busy planning how to go about laying the foundation of her own production company.

“Deepika is focusing on setting up her own production house. She wants to be associated with interesting and content-driven films. She will soon be donning the producer's hat,” writes a newspaper.
