Deepika Padukone surely is the social media queen. The actress recently won an award for marking 20 Million followers on Instagram. The actress started gaining her followers ever since her debut, a decade ago. With more than 20.5 million followers, Deepika becomes the most followed woman in Asia. Showing her gratitude and excitement, Deepika took to her Instagram where she uploaded the pic, captioning, “Was so excited to receive this today! This milestone will always be special! Thank you @instagram “.

Apart from Instagram, the 31-year-old actress is even ruling other social media sites, i.e. Facebook and Twitter. Deepika has more than 30M and 20M followers on both the sites respectively. With this achievement, she became the third Indian Personality to cross 70 million mark on overall social media sites, leaving her only behind Salman Khan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

On the work front, Deepika’s ‘ Padmavati ’, which is postponed to an indefinite date, is reported to release in early 2018. The actress will also be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj ’s upcoming production gangster film opposite Irrfan Khan .
