After earning praises and awards for impeccable performance in ' Shahid ', the talented actor Rajkummar Rao is back with a gripping tale, ' Citylights '. Reportedly, ' Citylights ' has unveiled its trailer and it's quite interesting to see the struggling life of a common man and the sleepless nights of the common people. Rao will be seen playing the role of Deepak Singh in the film.

' Citylights ' basically talks about a story of a family's migration to 'city of dreams' Mumbai. The trailer assures the film to be loaded with spectacular character performances and tuneful music that will add an extra charm to the story. The impoverishment of the rural class, the people's wish to migrate to metro cities for a safe future and the noire face of the city life are discussed in the film. The Rajkummar Rao starrer is said to be an official remake of 'Metro Manilla', a British-Filipino drama. This flick bagged various awards on the international platform.

The film ' Citylights ' also features newcomer Patralekha and releases on May 30.
