Chitrangada Singh gears up for 'Band Of Maharajas'

The talented actress Chitrangada Singh garnered praises for her role in Sudhir Mishra's flick 'Inkaar'. She did special appearance in the movie 'Gabbar Is Back' with the song "Aao raja...". Reportedly, Chitrangada Singh is all set for a musical adventure 'Band Of Maharajas'. Chitrangada plays a pop-star and feisty music activist in this flick. Three aspiring folk musicians from Punjab are also shown in the film.

It is produced by Puneet Singh and Raju Chadha. Chitrangada is a youth icon in this movie, who sets out an uncommon adventure that transforms the lives of three young musicians. It's a Punjab to Pakistan journey.

Directed by Girish Malik, the film 'Band Of Maharajas' will contain a dozen of songs that will be a classic blend of dance numbers and Sufi songs. The script has been completed and the film is expected to roll in this November.
