Recently, we had reported a story on the upcoming venture of actors Sonu Sood and Arjun Rampal . Both the actors, who have just wrapped up shooting for JP Dutta ’s comeback directorial Paltan, are set to joins hands as producers. According to a close source, Sonu and Arjun have green-lighted an untitled film which will go on floors soon. It will be a comic caper set in the northern belt of India and will see Sonu and Arjun in lead roles. The latest we hear that director Karan Kashyap has been roped in to helm the project.

Karan Kashyap has previously directed films like Zindagi Jalebi and Duniya Khatam Ho Rahi Hai. He has also worked as an associate director on a series of successful films like Bunty Aur Babli , Chak De! India and Raavan .

Talking about the story of the film, nothing much is known about the same, but our source reveals that it revolves around the evil practice of bridegroom abduction and forced marriage.

To be jointly produced by Chasing Ganesha and Shakti Sagar Productions , the untitled film is expected to roll soon.
