Madhur Bhandarkar has delayed the release of his upcoming film \'Heroine\' by a week. He took this decision when the release date of Shirish Kunder\'s \'Joker\' got shifted to Sept 14. So now \'Heroine\' will release on Sept 21, which will make it to clash with two other women-centric movies viz. \'English Vinglish\' and \'Ishkq In Paris\'.
\'English Vinglish\' has Sridevi in the lead, which is produced by R. Balki and has been directed by Gauri Shinde (Balki\'s wife). In the film, Sridevi has portrayed the character of a housewife, who struggles with the English language and hence enrols for an English speaking course in order to please her husband and family.
\'Ishkq In Paris\' has been produced by the actress Preity Zinta, which marks her comeback. It has been directed by Prem Soni.
Madhur Bhandarkar\'s \'Heroine\' stars Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Randeep Hooda in the lead roles. The film revolves around the life of Mahi Arora, a film actress.
Hence, movies of three heroines namely Sridevi, Preity Zinta and Kareena Kapoor will clash at the box office on Sept 21. It will be interesting to see their fate at the box office.
