A buzz said that the superstar Amitabh Bachchan plays himself in ' Bombay Talkies '. This movie is teamwork of four B-Town directors - Karan Johar , Anurag Kashyap , Dibakar Banerjee and Zoya Akhtar .

Big B will be performing a cameo in ' Bombay Talkies '. For this role, the veteran actor will be meeting a fervent fan, who comes from Big B's hometown Allahabad to meet Bachchan.

This Anurag Kashyap film will have an exceptional song dedicated to Big B and it would be releasing outside Bachchan's Juhu abode, Prateeksha. Bachchan senior will get a surprise, when a flash mob of sixty Amitabh Bachchans will launch the song on a Sunday opposite his Juhu banglow. From many years, banglow Prateeksha has seen fans gathering outside on Sunday evenings to catch a glimpse of the legend actor.

Reportedly, Big B and Anurag Kashyap had some clashes in the past over the issue; Bachchan sabotaging Kashyap's film because of similar theme of ' Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey ', in which Abhishek Bachchan acted. But, it seems that a lot of water has passed under the bridge now. Bachchan and Kashyap now desire to make peace creating a new beginning, as the reports say.

' Bombay Talkies ' is slated to release on May 3.
