    Bengali New Entrant Finalised For Subhash Ghai's 'Kanchi' Female Lead.

    After a lot of speculations over the female lead in Subhash Ghai’s upcoming film ‘Kaanchi’, now it has been finalized that the role will be played by a 21 year old Kolkata girl named Mishti.

    After a lot of speculations over the female lead in Subhash Ghai 's upcoming film ' Kaanchi ', now it has been finalized that the role will be played by a 21 year old Kolkata girl named Mishti.

    Ghai confirmed the news by stating that after an audition of total 240 girls, the Kolkata girl was selected after she impressively passed all the screen tests. He is so confident about her that he says that she has got the caliber of Kajol . She will be starring opposite to Kartik Aaryan in the film.

    Sources share that the film is a story of a young Uttarakhand girl, who takes responsibilities in her own hand after her father is shot dead.
