Being directed by Shoojit Sircar is my biggest achievement, says Varun Dhawan!

Actor Varun Dhawan, who has shown his acting skills by constantly doing diverse roles for the last six years, lately got the chance to work with director Shoojit Sircar. Shoojit is known for making unconventional and out-of-the-box movies and now, when Varun has finally worked with the director, he says that being directed by Shoojit is his biggest achievement. Over a Twitter chat, when the Filmfare’s editor asked the actor that will he relive the October experience all over again? And what difference would he do this time, to which he replied, “I would do nothing different. Surrendering to @ShoojitSircar vision and being directed by him has been one of my biggest achievements. We can only grow when we work with people more talented than us and this experience for me has been just that. #October”

The trailer which was dropped a few weeks ago has definitely managed to peak the curiosity of the audience. Talking about it, the director said, “The trailer was designed to confuse, pique curiosity. It’s just a simple story of a boy and a girl, which has grown from personal experiences and not any film, brought to life by the beauty and fluidity of Juhi’s writing.”

Starring Banita Sandhu as the female lead, the film is written by Juhi Chaturvedi and is produced by Ronnie Lahiri. Presented by Rising Sun Films, October is scheduled to release on 13th April 2018.
