Bachchan Family announced as the Highest Tax Payers of B-Town

The Bachchans have been B-Town\'s idealistic family, setting an example for others to look upon. Whether it be socializing with films or charity events, they have always stood apart. And now, they have made headlines this year by being the highest tax payers of Bollywood.

For the financial year 2012-2013, the megastar Amitabh Bachchan was individually declared as the individual highest advance Tax Payer in the Central Charge-Mumbai, granting 25 crore. To which, Income Tax Department, themselves turned up to congratulate him.

For the current accounting year, again Big B alone will be rendering 37 crore and assembling with the star couple, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, the Bachchan family will collectively pay off 53.81 crore, to the Central Government of India.
