Baahubali 2 to be released in China, to make another history!

Post ‘Dangal tornado’ in Chinese film market and setting a record of highest grossing Bollywood films and even in the overseas market, makers of Baahubali 2 are all set to release their period fantasy drama in the Chinese market, may be to cash in the wave caused by Dangal.

To the total, Dangal earned $ 112.54 mn approx. from Chinese market which is a good sign for Indian films to venture into this market, not just Bollywood films. And Baahubali 2 is not only has commercially broken records but also is critically celebrated, so it would be logical enough to try out new the territory. Till this date, Baahubali 2 grossed 1505 crores and everyone associated with this could be eager to see how much money Chinese marker has to pour in.

It would also be interesting to see how Chinese audience would react to Baahubali 2 and Amrendra Baahubali’s persona, as Dangal was way too different in every aspect from the tone of the movie to the storyline, right from fictional to a film based on a real character. Although there are other aspects like larger than life roles, stunning visual effects and periodic fantasy theme, would most likely to sell out with the Chinese audience.
