    Austalian University names scholarship after Amitabh Bachchan

    Australia-based La Trobe University has commenced a scholarship named after the megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

    Amitabh Bachchan is the name which is well known not only in India, but also across the world. The "shehenshah" has his fans spread all over the globe. Recently, Amitabh Bachchan inaugurated the Indian Film Festival Melbourne (IFFM) along with his wife Jaya Bachchan and the governor.

    The further news thread revealed that Australia-based La Trobe University has commenced a scholarship named after the great persona Amitabh Bachchan . Big B has himself posted about this news update on his personal blog. He has written that the university will be offering this scholarship to the students, who will study media and entertainment courses there. Bachchan senior also expressed his gratitude towards the governance of Victoria, Australia for inviting him for the inauguration of 11-day fest. There are 40 films that are going to be showcased at this glittery festival.
