As Karan Johar finished shooting his part, ‘Bombay Talkies 2’ finally wrapped up!

And finally, it’s a wrap for Karan Johar’s quartet of the ‘Bombay Talkies 2’ anthology. With Karan’s part, the entire BT 2 comes to an end. As BT 2 is a sequel to the 2013’s film ‘Bombay Talkies’, this film too is an anthology comprising of 4 short films. Karan’s film is based on love and lust and his first outing in the comedy genre. His film stars Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani and Neha Dhupia in lead roles. Started shooting in the first week of December, the film wrapped in less than 3 weeks. Karan took to his Twitter handle and announced the news, “And that’s a wrap on LOVE and LUST ....series of short films produced by @RonnieScrewvala @ashidua_fue and will have 4 short films by @anuragkashyap72 #dibakerbannerjee #zoyaakhtar and myself ....my film stars @vickykaushal09 @Advani_Kiara and @NehaDhupia”

Karan is the last amongst other directors to finish his part. Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar and Dibakar Banerjee in the list of other directors. Anurag’s film features Radhika Apte and Aakash Thosar of ‘Sairat’ fame, Manisha Koirala, and Sanjay Kapoor have shot for Dibakar’s film. While Zoya’s film features Bhumi Pednekar, Neil Bhoopalam, and Rasika Duggal.

As BT 2 is finally wrapped, it is believed that the film will hit the big screen in the first quarter of 2018.
