Buzz has it that handsome actor Arjun Rampal, who won adulation for his outstanding performance in last year's gangster-drama Daddy, has signed a new film which is a Hindi screen adaptation of author Sunil Gangopadhyay’s well-received Bengali novel. Besides Rampal, actors Akshay Oberoi and Priyanka Bose will also be part of the project.
Arjun RampalThe Bengali novel Phulmani Upakhyan, written in the late 90s, by noted Bengali writer Sunil Gangopadhyay under the pen name of Neel Lohit, is being adapted into a Hindi film. Tentatively titled Phulamani, the project is being helmed by Sourav Chakraborty. Neeraj Kabi and Victor Banerjee play supporting roles in the movie.
