Actor Arjun Rampal seems to be in trouble lately as Mumbai Police has issued a summoned regarding his meeting with underworld gangster Arun Gawli. The actor did not have any prior permission to meet the underworld don and hence been called upon by the court. Arjun who will next be seen in ' Roy ' met the gangster when he was in judicial custody and was brought to J J Hospital for his routine check up.

The actor will be essaying the role of the underworld gangster Arun Gawli in his upcoming movie venture and hence the meeting. A senior Police Officer stated that, "Rampal met Gawli in JJ Hospital on December 29, when Gawli was brought to the hospital for a medical check-up. The meeting took place in ward number four of the hospital when personnel at the JJ Marg police station got information about it and reached the spot. Rampal was told he could not meet Gawli without the court's permission, after which Rampal left.

Sources claim that the shoot of the forthcoming film based on the gangster's life has already resumed. Now this police intervention regarding Arjun's action will take what turn is a wait and watch thing for the audiences.
