    Anurag Basu contradicts of getting the rights of 'Prison Break'

    It was earlier reported that the director Anurag Basu has acquired the rights of US hit series \'Prison Break\'. However, Basu has denied the fact calling it as a crazy rumor.

    Yesterday it was reported that the ace director Anurag Basu has acquired the official rights of the hit TV show of US 'Prison Break'. We also reported that Anurag will also produce the show for Indian audience and Television. However, the new update about this information is that the filmmaker Basu has denied this fact of acquiring the rights of 'Prison Break' and called the rumors as baseless and crazy.

    Anurag Basu cleared all the rumors regarding the Indian version of 'Prison Break' by posting on the microblogging site twitter. He posted that "Me acquiring rights for "PRISON BREAK" for a television show?? How?? when?? it's crazy!!"

    Anurag who gave a masterpiece like ' Barfi! ' is currently working with his ' Barfi! ' star Ranbir Kapoor on their joint venture 'Jagga Jasoos'.
