Shah Rukh Khan is in trouble again. A few weeks back (on April 8) he was seen smoking cigarette while watching IPL match at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur. The next day after this incident, Anand Singh Rathore, who is the director of a private cricket academy in Jaipur, had filed a complaint against him for smoking cigarette in presence of thousands of cricket fans.

Shahrukh might have forgotten this matter because no serious step was taken against him at that time but he should be alert now. Now he may be in trouble again because a policeman from Jaipur has left for Mumbai on Monday to serve summons on him. According to a policeman Mohar Singh, "A policeman has left for his bungalow, Mannat, to deliver the summons."

According to the summons, Shah Rukh Khan will have to appear in the court on May 26.

Nem Singh, who is the lawyer of Anand Singh Rathore, said the summons was sent to the police on the order of the court on April 26. "Police delayed serving of the summons," said Mr. Singh. He said that the court took cognizance under various sections of Rajasthan Prohibition of Smoking and Non Smokers' Health Protection Act, 2000.

He further said that if Shahrukh fails to be present in the court on May 26 or give a reason for his absence, the court may summon him with a bailable arrest warrant.

"The actor will have to be personally present in court. So far, no lawyer representing ShahRukh has contacted either me or my client," Mr. Singh further said.

So, in order to avoid his arrest, Shahrukh would need to be present in the court on May 26. It means, just a day before the final of IPL 5, he would have to appear in court in Rajasthan.

Today, his team Kolkatta Knight Riders (KKR) is going to take on Delhi Daredevils in Pune. He should take care that he doesn't drink and smoke publically so that what happened in Jaipur and Wankhede is not repeated again.

He has been banned to enter Wankhede Stadium for 5 years for his misbehavior with MCA's security whereas he has been summoned to be present in the court for smoking publically. If his team loses the game today, he will have to keep his cool and control himself from getting angry. His team will get another chance to get into the final by playing against the winner of tomorrow's match. And if his team wins today's match, it will be good news for him which would surely ease his mental pain what Wankhede Stadium and Sawai Man Singh Stadium have given.

The fans of Shahrukh are praying for him so that he can get out of the Wankhede Trouble and Sawai Man Singh problem easily. Everyone is hoping that Shahrukh appears in the court and avoids bailable arrest warrant.

Javed Akhtar and a few more Bollywood personalities feel that a ban for 5 years was a little harsh punishment for an owner of IPL team whereas Shiv Sena Chief Bal Thackeray feels that MCA's decision to ban him was right. In a newspaper Samanaa he said earlier that ban from entering into the stadium for lifetime was okay and they should not have reduced the term to 5 years.
