    Amitabh Bachchan is getting trendier with his growing age. His popularity has no bar which is growing by each passing day and recently it touched the benchmark of 12 million followership on Twitter.

    Excitedly, he proclaimed "12 MILLION!! IT IS NOW OFFICIAL!!! Thank you all that follow... may you continue ... and may I be with you each day ... my love!," [sic] on Twitter.

    The 72-year-old actor crossed 18 million followers on social networking site Facebook, where he personally interacts with his fans and also make it a point to voice various social cause through the digital platform. Recently, he refreshed the cause of Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan by tweeting "Bharat swachh zaroor banega! Send your thoughts/ questions/ suggestions with #swachhindia to me. Cleanathon Live now!
