The young talent Alia Bhatt has gained name and fame in Bollywood in just few years of her entry in Bollywood. Most of her films have achieved great success at the box office and she has her kitty full of projects and endorsements. Going by the report, Alia Bhatt will star in Srijit Mukherjee ’s Bengali dark comedy Hemlock Society’s Hindi remake.

This film will narrate the story of a girl who learns the various techniques of a committing a suicide successfully from a person who gives training to suicide aspirants. The movie highlights a dark perspective while tracing a serious issue with a pinch of laughter. This Hindi remake will also be helmed by Srijit Mukherjee .

Talking about this, the filmmaker Srijit said “Yes, I’ve spoken to Mahesh Bhatt saab about a Hindi version of Hemlock Society. I feel Alia would be ideal for the role that Koel Mallick did in the original,”

Alia Bhatt is presently filming for Gauri Shinde ’s next in which Alia stars opposite Shah Rukh Khan .
