Before the smoke of speculations gets fumed, Karan Johar has announced his favourite Alia Bhatt as Ranbir Kapoor's leading lady in Ayan Mukherjee's yet-untitled film.

The film has a mythological backdrop, where Ranbir possess some strange super power which makes him a "Hero" and will seen be romancing Alia.
