Young star Alia Bhatt who was on a short break from her ‘work life’ is back on sets, states she is a workaholic and has a hard time chilling. The gorgeous diva has managed to make a prominent place for herself in the industry in a short career span with some iconic films and roles. The actress has finally resumed filming and, is currently working on Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi with Vicky Kushal.

In a recent media interaction, Alia Bhatt exclusively opened up about her holiday, work life and her upcoming films in detail. The actress who loves to work spoke about her break and said, “Yes, initially, I was complaining a bit but I get these bouts and I am like, I want to work. Get me on a set (laughs). And when I say ‘working’, I don’t mean my live events and ad shoots.”

“Of course, that is also work for me, but my true calling and my core job as an actor is shooting for a film and playing a character. That’s what I think my life is all about, so that’s something that I need to do constantly”, said Alia Bhatt .

Alia also opened up about her upcoming projects, the young lady quipped about her upcoming film Dragon with Ranbir Kapoor , she said, “The Dragon team, including Ayan (Mukherji, director), has been preparing for the film for a long time. Ranbir and I also did some prep, as it’s a very extensive film. It’s going to be new, interesting and magical world to step into.”

Talking about Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy with Ranveer Singh , Alia stated, “Absolutely, Ayan’s film has a completely different and supernatural world, which has so many new elements that I can’t explain. Zoya’s film is also unique, is based on some true facts and has a real life kind of storyline.”
