Neeraj Pandey , the man behind creating films revolving around social issues like ' A Wednesday! ' and ' Special 26 ', is now coming up with a romantic outing starring Ali Zafar and Yami Gautam .

The film was earlier titled 'Aman Ki Aasha' and reportedly, now it is re-titled as ' Total Siyappa '. The reason behind this was Neeraj was not satisfied with the previous title, as he thought the title did not define the theme of the film. He was searching for a new one from sometime. Earlier title spoke about the protagonists' names in the film, but apart from it, the movie contains much interesting things to offer to the viewers, as believed by Pandey. The filmmaker was in pursuit of something that could present the chaos in the love story and he perceives the new title ' Total Siyappa ' goes hand in hand with the storyline. As per the buzz, the movie is set in London and it narrates the story of Pakistani Punjabi boy and an Indian Punjabi girl, followed by a series of entangled events.

Directed by E. Nivas , ' Total Siyappa ' will be hitting the screens on January 31, 2014.
