Age is just a number for this 47 year old Khiladi; he still holds the stamina which can easily defeat the youngsters. Coming from a martial art background, Akshay Kumar follows the strict work-out regime to tone his body. His latest exercising add-on are the wooden beads to strengthen his spine.

Recently his gym instructor revealed his schedule, citing that Khiladi Kumar wakes up at 4:00 am and within 10 minutes he touches the gym to follow his daily 2 hours work-out regime. Throughout the day he shoots for his upcoming film ' Baby ' in the hot desert of Abu Dhabi. Again in the evening, he hits the gym for half an hour to learn boxing for his next film.

Akshay performs the core training with the wooden beads which he bought from Singapore. There are around 50 beads weighing 2-3 kilos collectively. Using his inner strength he moves these beads around which in turn make his spine and bones stronger. It also beat his fat; stimulate blood flow and inner core.
