Abbas - Mustan are known for their unpredictable plot twists and the line of thriller films they’ve been entertaining the audience with since more than three decades now. Though the director duo has worked with many established actors in their career, their rapport with Akshay Kumar has been a blockbuster one so far in the records! For quite a long time now, there have being rumours and speculation about the actor reuniting with the director duo. And finally, the conversations are moving in the right direction!

As per reports, “Mustan brothers have written a murder mystery which has been appreciated by Kumar and he is likely to be a part of the project. The plot revolves around twelve characters and involves multiple locations; therefore the directors will need Kumar for around twenty-five days. Reportedly, Kumar has agreed to do it.” Although it is yet to be confirmed, sources close to both parties are hinting that something is definitely in the making.

Recently, the third addition to the successful action thriller franchise, Race, was announced but not with the original directors Abbas - Mustan , instead, ABCD fame director Remo D’ Souza has been taken onboard to take the franchise forward. Their last directorial venture, Machine , was panned by both audience and critiques! We hope Abbas - Mustan would regain their fan-base with this new thriller!
