2017 turned out to be a great year for superstar Ajay Devgn . The year saw the release of his two films - Baadshaho and Golmaal Again . While the first film successfully recovered its cost at the box office, the second one went on to become the second highest grossing film of 2017. In addition to this, the National Award winning actor also announced a couple of his upcoming projects, including Raid , Taanaji and Total Dhamaal .

The latest we hear that Ajay is joining hands with filmmaker Ravi Udyawar for a film.

According to reports, the untitled film will be based on the game of hockey. Incidentally, superstar Akshay Kumar is also making a film on the said game. It is titled Gold and is scheduled to release on 15th August. Ajay and Akshay are also working on films based on the Battle Of Saragarhi – Kumar’s film is titled Kesari and Devgn’s Sons Of Sardaar.

Talking about Ravi Udyawar , the director rose to fame after directing veteran actress Sridevi in her 300th film Mom , which released last year only. The film was received well by the audience and critics alike. And now he is reportedly teaming up with Ajay.
